Yes, TriStar uses DICE automation giving you real-time of access to your subscriber information. Matrix is a remote access webpage and gives you the ability to manage all your subscriber information from setting up new accounts, data changes of all types, put accounts on/off test, and see test results. You can even watch signals come in to the system in real time and so much more.
WHY WOULD A CENTRAL STATION WANT TO MANAGE MY PHONE LINES?
If the central station manages your phone lines, they can bring them into the central station on their dedicated circuits. This helps eliminate the problem of garbled signals and missed communications that can occur more frequently on toll free numbers that are pointed to a local number at your central station. Also, if you manage your own lines and there is a problem with your toll free numbers in the middle of the night,
we can’t help you because we are not your phone carrier’s customer.
IF TRISTAR MANAGES MY PHONE LINES, CAN I GET THEM BACK WHEN I WANT THEM?
Yes. They are yours and it’s in TriStar’s contract.
